5 x 13 Zebrawood - Single Ply Steambent

This is built up on a really nice 5 x 13 Zebrawood shell from Vaughncraft. Single ply steambent with rerings. New lugs from Champagne Drums. Tung oil finish. Hard to capture how the wood glows with this finish in photos.

Walnut Inside & Out - #2

Another snare built up on a walnut-poplar-walnut ply shell from Twin Cities Percussion, with rerings installed. Roundover edges with 45 inner cut. This one has cocktail style lugs (I like the look) and lightly used Pearl Superhoops. Pleased with how these two snares turned out.

Just finished. 6 1/2 x 13 snare built up on walnut-poplar-walnut shell from Twin Cities Percussion. 8 ply maple Keller rerings installed for vintage vibe. Edge is roundover with 45 inner cut. All new hardware (retro Slingerland style lugs), hoops and wires.
